I want to buy given 30 hours 1 to 2 hours of film to.
At the moment I have about 30 minutes with a 2 GB. What is the difference between SD and all, because the camera is it?

Depending on the user's manual can save approx. 27.5 minutes video with a 2GB SD card.
And if you can store about 4 GB. 55 minutes video.
And with an 8GB SDHC (SD High Capacity) approx. 110 minutes video.

With the J10, video recording stops automatically when a video file of approx. 2 GB in size. To resume recording, press the shutter button.

No, do not you buy the memory card from the same brand as your camera. Recording movies, it is better to have a fast memory card. I recommend one of the most popular and reliable, SanDisk Ultra II SD / Extreme III SDHC or SD or SDHC.

Make sure that new memory card format it before using it, and whenever you need to delete all files.

Yes, 8 GB to 2 hours. However, the battery is not that long. You need a 110-volt adapter.
