I spend a lot of time on the computer, and found that the distribution of ergonomic keyboards are really sufficient to prevent pressure on the wrists.
Unfortunately, I have been much less successful in the search for the perfect mouse.
I had a Logitech Trackball Ergonomic Mouse, and it did not help my wrist and the nerves of some of my fingers are still very painful. I've recently bought one of his non-trackball mouse, wireless ergonomic runway - which is certainly better (and brilliant), but not 100% effective.
