I will participate in a two-hour workshop on the possibilities of leasing, but I am a novice real estate investors. Does anyone know of reputable brokers and Toronto, together with its customers about the possibility of leasing?

Hey! Almost all real estate agents to a lease option sale do if the seller agrees to the Commission to pay at the time of signing the contract, and it can be done. If you are one of the many seminars on real estate options, notes, etc., really need an investor / broker consultants work with you to see every transaction without payment of the commission. Also a lawyer, and there are many hungry people there that can give advice on an hourly basis. These seminars are sold information on seminars, books and tapes and many HIPE! From my experience as a real estate agent in Toronto, they have never been common, even in times of peace. I suggest extreme caution.
